Podcasts are like Netflix (or Amazon Prime, etc.) for ears. Radio on demand and custom-tailored to individual preferences. And what is more interesting to us than our colleagues? Exactly: hardly anything! An internal podcast is a great way to learn more about the people in our professional environment – about their work, but also their interests beyond their professional role. So there are plenty of occasions to exchange ideas, get technical advice or just go jogging after work. Keyword: employee communities. And last but not least, it’s just fun to listen to short episodes of the life and work of others during lunch break.
By the way: Creating your own podcast is not that difficult. A smartphone is enough for simple recordings.
